Installation description:
1) Open up the RAR Archive
2) Extract the folder "Materials" in C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\
3) Open up pak01_dir.vpk in Notepad (I would recommend Notepad++ if you are fully modding your L4D2; easier to use)

If you are modding your L4D2 fully, you may want to extract all the models and materials by using the Gibbed VPK Extractor so that you do not get invalid textures

4) Press Ctrl-F and type in "models\survivors\coach\coach_body"
You will be looking for this

5) Replace

6) Save all changes and start up Left 4 Dead 2 , you should have the skin on Coach!
