Download all 8 parts then extract part 1 and the other 7 will combine to make 1 file! After your done extracting ..format a USB to fat32! Place the ps3 folder on the USB and backup and restore, you will see the option to backup your game. After that insert your game [gta4 original] into your ps3 and let it install..open the mod menu by pressing square and down or circle! This includes: god mode,swim everywhere [fly],infinite ammo, teleport, spawn any vehicle, and  have sex with other peds as male or female 😀  [works offline and online]
