NVIDIA DLSS In AMD FSR 3.0

Adds AMD FSR3 frame generation to games, replacing Nvidia DLSS-G or AMD FSR 2 frame generation.

LukeFZ FSR2FSR3 has only been tested by me in Atomic Heart and Dead Island 2 (no longer supported), but the mod should theoretically work with all games that currently support DLSS or FSR. The file will help enable AMD FSR 3.0

For frame generation to work correctly, several conditions must be met:
Have an official version of the game (in this case, Atomic Heart) with official support for Nvidia Frame Generation or AMD FSR (since the latest version of Atomic Heart is not yet available in the pirate seas, and Dev. Build has neither FSR nor DLSS 3)
Nvidia RTX graphics card (20th and 30th series) with updated drivers.
Make sure that Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling is enabled in Windows settings.
Install this mod into the game directory using the instructions below.
Launch the game and disable V-Sync in the settings menu. Then enable Nvidia frame generation in the graphics settings in the game.

Installation :
1. Right-click on the "DisableNvidiaSignatureChecks.reg" file and select "Merge". Click "Yes" when the dialog box opens. (You don't need to put this file in the game folder.
2. Find the Atomic Heart installation directory
3. Copy the files from the archive to the path Atomic Heart/AtomicHeart/Binaries/Win64
4. Run the game via AtomicHeart-Win64-Shipping.exe
5. Done. When you enable frame generation, the game will restart
