Dev Build Difficulty Fix

I corrected the medium and easy difficulty for myself to make it playable. I checked it on a black vovchik, and also ran in the "Archive" location. The barrels deal adequate damage, and a heavy attack with a melee weapon is no longer useless. The game is still challenging, but it's real to play. I took the parameters from the release version.

Installation: Unzip the archive and drop the AtomicHeart folder into the root directory of the game.
