Red 9 replaces Blacktail AC

Replaces the `Black Tail AC` in the initial backpack of The Fateful Path with `Red 9`

Install
1. Download the latest `Fluffy Manager`.
2. Move the mod file to `Fluffy Manager\Games\RE4R\Mods`.
3. Use `Fluffy Manager` to enable the mod.

Special Note
Since the file structure of other game versions is different from that of the original game, the author can only guarantee that the mod is available in the original game.
