Photo Mode Tweaks

Describe:

Remove photo mode borders and enhance sliders

Install:
1. Extract the files into the game folder (e.g. "SteamLibrary\streamaps\common\Starfield")

2. Use the tilde (~) key to open the console

3. To apply tweaks, run "bat-pmTweaks"

Turn on photo mode

(Optional) Add the value to StarfieldCustom.ini, otherwise you will have to run "bat-pmTweaks" every time.
