Install:
Make a file called "StarfieldCustom.ini" and place it in the MyGames/Starfield folder, put it in:

[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=

Unzip the .7z and place the Data folder into your Starfield root folder so everything is covered. The root folder is usually located in x:/xxx/Stream/steamapps/common.
