Better Movement Speed

Describe:

Reduce the speed of jogging that is currently too fast in the game.

Install:
1- Extract the files and move "speed.txt" and "speed_uninstall.txt" directly to your starfield root home folder.

2- Open the game and load the save file. Once loaded, you enter the game and press "" (or ~) to open the console command.

3- Type the following command in the dialog box: bat mspeed
