A Max Level Character

Description:
1. Including a full-level character, 130W cash, and all skill trees lit up. This will only overwrite your character's original level, cash, and original weapons. Other things including loot will not change. Make a backup of the original files.
2. Target path: My Computer\Documents\Avalanche Studios\COTW\Saves\long string of numbers, just overwrite the original file.
