PAINT CANVAS MOD V1.0

This mod will provide paint options for almost all vehicles and accessories.

Note that there are some limitations in the game, so some parts cannot be colored with some machine tools, but fortunately there are very few of them.

I also added a design option for most of the vehicles, some were skipped due to limitations, or seemed odd.

Finally, the rim paint option is now available on most vehicles.

Hope you will enjoy this mod so that you don't have to download separate mods for every vehicle and tool in the game.

Note that this will conflict with mods that change tires and wheels or change vehicle performance.

My trick is to incorporate the wheels/tyres/performance mods into this if you want to use them. Use notepad++ with the compare plugin to see what changed from the inventory file and add it to this file. Shouldn't be that many lines. (I just carried it, and the watch asked me what operation it was)
