To extract its content into a folder and configure the application, you just need to open it and select re4r and give the file path of the re4.exe file.

Download the mod from here and put it in your mod manager folder;
Game\RE4R\Mods.

Then open the mod manager app and the mod should appear, then click the icon on the left to install the mod. That's it, now you have successfully installed the mod.
