Tifa Lockheart (Open WIP)

This is my first attempt at rigging the mod, it uses the Tifa mod from DOA instead of Kokoro as a base, and replaces Ignis since he is a melee user. I'm opening this mod up to anyone who wants to finish it, because Tifa is a fan favorite and I'm sure others can do it better.

What do I have to do:

- face rigging

- cable rigging

- handcuffs
