Better Animal Spawns

Mod Description:
This mod increases the spawn rate of animals in the world. It is not excessive to the point where there are animals everywhere but a huge improvement. I have increased the spawn rate of fish more than the rest. You'll now see a good amount of fish grouped together in the rivers/lakes.

Installation: Drag and drop the decompressed .bin file into the "Packed_DX12" folder
