Install Reshade with presets Drag and drop the "Black & White" profile into the main "Sekiro" folder Optional:
If you don't like film grain, press the home key and uncheck the "filmgrain" tab to uninstall:
delete: reshade - shaders folder, "Black & White" and 2 dxgi files from "Sekiro" main folder
