No Deathblow Noise

Introduction:

Mutes the deathblow sound that is made whenever an enemy is killed. Also comes with an option to use a quieter sound.

Mod engine must be installed. Install your preferred version to your "mods" folder. Not compatible with sound mods that also edit main.fsb
