Changed the number of runes you get from Golden Runes from 200 to 1,000,000.

Make sure your anti-cheat feature is disabled,
and put "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ELDEN RING"
(or wherever your Elden Ring local files are located) replace the Regulation.bin file with the provided zip file
