Pocket Merchant

Introduction:

Adds some merchants' inventory to the crafting menu to buy at their original price. Adds variants of every craftable item to the crafting menu that can be bought with runes instead of crafting them.

Install:
Back up your archive.
Backup the regulation.bin file in the game folder: D:\...\ELDEN RING\Game\
Put the edited rules file in the game folder.
Launch the game in offline mode with EAC disabled.
