Remove weight limitations

Introduction:

This simply reduces the weight of all armor, weapons and shields to 1 so you can use whatever you want without being limited by it's weight.

Install:
1. Install UXM and use it to unzip the game.
2. Click "Patch" after decompression is complete.
3. Extract the mod to the main folder (where your eldenring.exe is).
4. Make sure you are offline
