Katherine Warren-Jill Classic

Don't replace Dreamland Jill, as it would conflict with Ada's files, replace Jill's Classic Costume.

Since this is fully ported, they will render like RE2R, just like:

- Keep original physics
- perfectly working model (no more invisible body meshes in dream sequences)

Note: Not tested until game over, so expect some bugs.
