Put the "Japantown Luxury Suite.json" file into:

C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Cyber​​punk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\AppearanceMenuMod\ User\Decor

*If the folder does not exist, create it.

MOD installation (Object Spawner)

Put the "Japantown Luxury Suite.json" file into:

C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Cyber​​punk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\entSpawner\data \objects

Script installation

Put the script file into:

LOCATION SPAWNS INSTALLATION

Put the "Japantown Luxury Suite.json" and "Japantown Luxury Suite Lobby" files into:

C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Cyber​​punk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\AppearanceMenuMod \User\Locations

*If the folder does not exist, please create it.

WARP POINT INSTALLATION

Put the "Gateways.json" file into:

C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Cyber​​punk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\TeleportGatewaySystem

*This is the default location of the module. Please note that any installed gateways will be overwritten.

Load MOD

Open the AMM menu and click on the "Decoration" tab. Select the "Japan Town Luxury Suite" preset from the drop-down menu.

In the Object Spawner, go to the "Saved" tab and you should see the Japantown Luxury Suite preset. Click Load, and then click Generate. Sometimes there is no need to click to load.
