Fixed beaver teeth in certain mouth shapes for male V

If you are using mouths 6, 8, 11 and 19, or if you want higher teeth, please use the "higher" version. Otherwise, please use the regular version.
The most notable fixes are mouth 2, 10, 13, 16, 18, 20, 21.
