Proficiency-Skills always earn XP

Introduction:

This mod removes the upper limit of the attribute level for acquiring skill XP. This means that you will continue to upgrade the skills you have not specified and get related rewards/unlocks.

Install:
This module requires redscript, so please make sure to install it first.
This module supports Vortex installation
Manual installation:
Download the mod and unzip the zip
Then copy it to the root of the Cyberpunk 2077 directory
When finished, you should see a directory named "Skillful" with a bunch of ".reds" files. "Cyberpunk 2077\r6\scripts\" directory.
