Install:
Need Cyber Engine Tweaks

Unzip the folder to the Cyberpunk game folder (the folder containing /bin and /r6)

The folder structure should be "PATHTOCYBERPUNK\Cyberpunk2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber\u engine\u tweaks\mods\flashlight\init.lua"
