Better network operation-redo hacking

Introduction:

Only allow damage to the access point and prevent rapid hacking until the network is breached, thus making netrunner's game more difficult.

Install:
Move the "r6" directory to the Cyberpunk 2077 game installation folder. This mod requires redscript.

Configuration
Navigate to "[Cyber​​punk 2077 installation folder]/r6/scripts" and open "betterNetrunning.reds" with a text editor of your choice. At the top of the file is a set of options, which you can configure by setting true/false.
