Install:

1- Install ReShade
2- Download HBOcinematic.ini and put it into the following path: Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64 folder.
3- Start the game, then press the "HOME" key to open the "Reshade Menu", and then select the HBOcinematic.ini file.
4- Use the Performance mod and disable or turn on the desired effect
