Install:

The Reshade version used is 4.8.2.

Install the desertcitysmog.ini file into the Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64 folder.
Drag and drop the DepthHaze.fx file into the reshade shaders folder.
When opening Reshade in the game, select the desertcitysmog.ini file.
