Use this shader to install Reshade in \Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64

Drag and drop the mod file to the same directory: \Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64

Use the [home] button in the game to select FocusReshade.ini (FocusReshadeV1.3.ini)

Select the [off / on] button in the settings. Suggest F12

Set 0.85-1.0 Gamma in the game or more suitable for you
