Introduction:

Cyberpunk 2077 Mod Loader PC version.
The DLL in the "mods" folder will be loaded when the game starts.

Install:

Rename the current "bin\x64\icudt.dll" to "bin\x64\icudt.dll.bak

Replace "bin\x64\icudt.dll" with the new "icudt.dll".

.Create an empty `mods` directory in the root directory of the game.
-For example: "G:\Games\Cyberpunk 2077\mods"
