Swap a hammer for a feather hammer

Editing any other animation files of the same motlist as "pl0100_balrog_punch.motlist.85" will overwrite this change, so please pay close attention to the overwrite. If you want to make two changes to a file, you need to merge them.

Although losing Feather Fist is a shame, a third blow can be obtained at any time, which opens up some cool possibilities.
