Detailed description:

ReShade is a universal post-processing injector for games and video software developed by crosire. Imagine your favorite game, including environmental occlusion, true depth of field effects, color correction, etc... ReShade provides an automatic and universal way to access frame color and depth information (the latter in multiplayer games Automatically disabled to prevent being exploited) and all tools to achieve this goal.

The possibilities are endless! Add advanced depth edge detection driven SMAA anti-aliasing, screen space environmental occlusion, depth of field effect, color difference, dynamic film grain, automatic saturation and color correction, cross processing, multiple pass blur... you can say so .

ReShade supports all Direct3D 9, Direct3D 10, Direct3D 11 and OpenGL.
A computer with Windows 7 SP1 or higher (Windows 8, 8.1, 10) and DirectX end user runtime is required .

ReShade has its own shading language and converter, called ReShade FX. The syntax is based on HLSL, adding useful functions for developing post-processing effects: define and use textures directly from the shader code, render them, change the rendering, retrieve color and depth data, request custom values such as timers or key states,. ..

That's not it. Write shaders only once, no matter if your target is Direct3D or OpenGL, they can work anywhere: ReShade is responsible for compiling them into the correct shader model and language.

Version 4.3.0 was released on May 26, 2019.

Use preset files (*.ini) that can be created from ReShade's in-game user interface to share your configuration.
ReShade automatically loads all presets (*.ini and *.txt) placed in the game directory.
Do not share binary files or shader files. Link users to this website.
