Simple and realistic shadows of RDR2 (Vulkan version)

what is this?

Simple Reshade preset and shader pack for RDR2 VULKAN version

Even with low-to-medium-level in-game graphics settings, this preset will provide you with effects beyond simulation.

It does not use heavy or complex shaders (such as AO, HDR, ambient light, etc.); it is just a simple shader and JUST MIMIC!

Update 12/19/2019 (V1.7.5.1L)

-With the official Reshade installer and binary files updated from V4.5.0 to V4.5.1 (the default path and registry path of the Reshade Vulkan Global folder have been changed in Reshade V4.5.1); I should update the instructions on how to install. Now, using Reshade V4.5.1 can make the steps easier and shorter (thanks to Crossire for the update).

-Update the readme file in the compressed file (includes new installation instructions)

-Removed some unnecessary effects

Notice:

> Do not use this Mod during online games

> Vulkan API support, based on the new Reshade 4.5.1 (Special thanks to Crosire and Thalixte for this!)

>Vulkan API with Reshade 4.5.1 was tested on Epic Games Launcher, and the latest RDR2 update (1.0.1232.13)

> This Vulkan version does not have 3D stereo mode

How to install (please read carefully!)

Make sure you are using the Vulkan API to run RDR2. Also make sure that you are not running RDR2, R* Launcher, R* Social Club with administrator rights. This may cause the Reshade Vulkan global settings to point to the wrong path in the Windows registry! (For this information, please send your regards to Meegja and Thalixte)

Before installing this mod, please clean up or move your previous Reshade (dxgi.dll, reshade.ini, reshade-shaders folder, and my previous Reshade presets and shader packages) from your game folder.

Download and install Reshade 4.5.1 (or higher version) from the official Reshade page (https://Reshade.me)

In the "Welcome" window of the Reshade installer, do not select any games, just select and click "Globally enable/disable Vulkan Reshade (affects all Vulkan games)"

After that, put a check mark on "Enable global reshaping of Vulkan (affects all Vulkan games)" (this is very important, otherwise RDR2 will not work with those Launchers (Epic, Steam, etc.). Please check this screenshot below:
