Model Swap Patch & Ultimate Shader Pack Combined
Resident Evil 6
At this point in time, RDR2 has some good ghost images. The one I like very much, as my base is Alonz 73, RDR 2 Alonz. So thank him for making one that I like very much.
I basically used his settings and added some settings that I like. I only noticed a drop of 1-5 frames per second. I am playing 2560x1440/1080ti/8700k@4.7hz. I also had to use this video's hardware unbound RDR2 to optimize PT1, and RDR2 to optimize Pt2. Before, I was 40-45 frames per second. After watching this video, I got 60+.
Install:
1) My resshade installation is very strange, because I can only make it work in 1 way, and by installing resshade with Vulkan settings on launcher.exe and RDR2.exe
~I just selected all the options of resshade during installation.
This is the only way I can get it to work. DX12 gave me a lot of small problems with trees, but if you choose to use it, this option should be ok. I am also sure that the resshade installation is messy on my terminal, not their or the game's lol.
2) Put the resshade .ini file in the game directory
3) I have inserted as my open resshade setting in me and scroll lock as my switching effect-not sure if it is used as the default value, if you install my preset or if it is with my settings.
4) Just select KindaRealReshade.ini from the ingame drop-down list
Note:
If the contrast is too high, you can reduce the contrast in the DPX settings or turn it off. I think this is not enough to add another download.
data:
1.00a-I reduced the redness displayed on the flame light source and the redness on the face. It does reduce the red in other places, but it is more obvious in these areas. If someone wants to hang out and share their findings, the two settings I messed up are Vigor and DPX.
