NOTLD 1968 Audio Replacer

Replaces Leon's opening radio track with George Romero's 1968 Night of the Living Dead's News Bulletin.

I figured this would be the most appropriate thing to play on the radio as Leon approaches Raccoon City.

I used Adobe Audition to manipulate the audio files to the exact time needed for the sequence and added some ambient radio static along with volume decreases and increases appropriate to the video sequence.  Since George Romero's 1968 NOTLD Version is public domain, I ripped the audio from one of my DVDs and cut the 40 seconds needed, from the approximate time of 40 minutes into the film.

Works with Non-RT version of the game and easily installs through Fluffy Mod Manager.
