Better standing Posture and a better lighting device

Replacing the original standing pose with some better poses, while also providing better lighting fixtures to enhance performance in some dark places.
Replace standing with four different poses, depending on which weapon you have in your left and right hands. I also replaced the lantern with brighter lighting, the same way you would use a lantern.
Only the better stance and lighting enhancement mods for more weapons are reproduced. The author's original post also has some separate function mods,
