Bounties Rebalance

The purpose of this mod is to make the crime system more realistic and increase the economic impact of the crime.
Most crimes multiply the bounty after 2 consecutive violations or 3 murders.
Train robberies become more realistic: Law enforcers show up late or not at all.
Reduced immediate detection range for certain crimes (in case of threats, trampling, unarmed attacks). This means that now you can evade Wanted more easily. But if you get caught, then you pay more.
The Crime Severity parameter has been reduced for many crimes, so in theory, Law Enforcers will spawn in fewer numbers, possibly even later than the original.
Running away now is preferable to staying and fighting the enforcers.
installation method:
1. Download and unzip
2. Put the mods into the lml folder and use the mods loader to load the mods
3. Start the game
